Vi aspetto nella mia casa per insegnarvi le ricette di alcuni piatti tipici di Bari.
Come antipasto prepareremo due tipi di focacce: una con pomodorini e origano e una con cipolle. Come primo piatto, vi insegnerò come cucinare le orecchiette con le rape. Per concludere, prepareremo i deliziosi sprcamuss, un tipico dolce barese che sarà il nostro dessert, e vi racconterò la loro storia, . Vi aspetto nella mia casa per questa fantastica cooking class, in un ambiente rilassante e divertente insieme a me e alla mia famiglia. Posso preparare con piacere alternative vegetariane e vegane.

- We had a great time cooking, and eating with Sara and her family. We had the opportunity to learn more about and try some traditional Barese dishes that we didn't find at restaurants.
- Certainly the best part of our trip to Bari! We're so grateful to Sara, Nica, and Francesca for this shared experience! The cooking class and the food we prepared together were amazing, but the opportunity to sit around the table as a family, to chat, laugh, share stories, and learn about our cultures was something we will never forget. Can't recommend it more, and I hope we will be able to come back and visit Sara once again in the future. Grazie di cuore!
- Cooking with Sara in her home was a fantastic experience. She shared her knowledge of Italian cooking and the secrets and techniques for success. She was well organized, the sauces for the pastas we made were done in advance. We totally expect we’ll be able to recreate what we prepared with her when we return home. Her cooking was done with love and we were able to share the time with her daughter who assisted her and were joined for lunch by her daughter’s lovely husband and their son. Truly a highlight of our time in Puglia.

Their hospitality was inviting and made us feel like we were part of their family. The food menu was delicious and we actually learned a lot. Unforgettable experience that I would recommend. A true Barese experience.
- We really enjoyed our dinner experience with Sara and her family. She was extremely well prepared and very experienced in the kitchen. Her daughter and son-in-law joined us too. We appreciated getting to experience “real life” in Italy in a normal person’s home. This is probably the highlight of our trip to Italy and we recommend it to anyone who wants a glimpse into regular Italian life and wants to spend time with wonderful people. They even sent us home with our leftovers and lots of pictures of the evening.
