Nella mia cucina avrai modo di immergerti tra le specialità dei piatti tradizionali comaschi: assieme prepareremo la polenta "uncia", un piatto condito con del formaggio tipico, seguendo una ricetta unica della tradizione contadina.
Per finire vi proporrò un dolce tipico del lago di Como: la "Miascia", una torta di pane e frutta.
- We had a great experience with Beatrice and I would highly recommend this class to anyone! Beatrice was kind, a wonderful teacher, a fabulous chef and a fun storyteller. My friends and I had a fabulous time and have already tried to remake one of the recipes we learned! It was a great, unique experience to take part in during our vacation!
