    Sono Oriana, la vostra Cesarina di Bologna, e vivo a pochi passi da uno dei luoghi più suggestivi e ricchi di storia della città, la Basilica di Santo Stefano. Nelle strade acciottolate del centro storico, dove bolognesi e turisti si mescolano in un vivace balletto quotidiano, trascorro gran parte del mio tempo tra la mia famiglia e la cucina. Vi invito a unirvi a noi per un pranzo o una cena speciale dove non solo potrete assaporare le delizie della cucina bolognese, ma avrete anche l'opportunità di assistere ad una cooking dem, su uno dei piatti principali. Non vedo l'ora di condividere con voi il calore della mia cucina e i segreti delle mie ricette. Vi aspetto!

    Everything was so nice, we learned to do pasta, and tiramisu There were lots of laughs and joy! We had so much fun with Oriana! And we recommend her to everybody !!

    I had the most wonderful experience at Oriana’s cooking class! From the moment we arrived, Oriana made us feel completely at home warm and welcoming. She guided us step by step through the art of making fresh tortellini from scratch, Every step was very fun, and Oriana shared so many helpful tips about ingredients and techniques. After the tortellini, we moved on to tiramisu. Oriana’s version was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, and she taught us how to layer it perfectly . We got to enjoy everything we made together. It wasn’t just a cooking class it was a great experience. I left feeling inspired, full, and excited to try everything again at home. Thank you, Oriana, for such a memorable day. I’d recommend this class to anyone who loves Italian food and authentic local experiences!

    I booked a pasta making experience for my partner and I. This was an amazing class and something I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Bologna. Our host Oriana was wonderful, she has a great humour and teaching skills that made the class pass very quickly. In the time we had we learned how to make 3 different pasta shapes tagliatelle, tagliolini and a riccota tortellini. While the dough was proving, we shared glasses of wine as well as stories. The meals we enjoyed while waiting on the prooving where flavourful and light. After the pasta proved, Oriana made 3 brillant meals that accommodated a mix of a vegetarian and meat eater. It was delicious!! Couldn't of asked for a better host.

    My family’s experience cooking with Oriana was truly amazing. She was so welcoming and made us feel right at home and part of her family. No other experience we had on our Italian vacation was able to top this. She is a truly beautiful person and if you ever get the chance to book an evening cooking with Oriana, I would absolutely do it. Cesarine is lucky to have someone like Oriana representing them. Thank you again Oriana for a once in a lifetime experience!!

    Oriana, la nostra Cesarina, vive a pochi passi da uno dei luoghi più suggestivi e ricchi di storia di Bologna, la Basilica di Santo Stefano. Qui, in una delle zone del centro storico più amate, sia dai bolognesi che dai turisti, Oriana ci fa conoscere la sua famiglia: Salvatore, suo marito, e i loro quattro figli che amano coccolare cucinando per loro, in modo sano e cercando di tramandare le ricette di famiglia. Oriana è di origine napoletana, ma vive a Bologna e qui ha imparato a fare la sfoglia, il ragù alla bolognese, si diletta, inoltre, a scegliere i pezzi migliori di carne per preparare un ottimo bollito e per la più piccola delle figlie, amante dei tortellini, li cucina rigorosamente in brodo.
