Semplicità, leggerezza ed ingredienti d'eccellenza sono elementi fondamentali nella sua cucina. Inoltre ama coniugare la tradizione con un pizzico di originalità e innovazione, grazie anche alla sua passione (e professione) per l’arte ed il design.

- I, together with my son Ishaan attended the cooking and dinner session with Benedetta. It was a lovely experience. Not only that we learned how to cook Tiramisu and Ravioli but also we exchanged so much about our cultures. The evening got more interesting with Benedetta daughter Joe and her mother. Joe sketched me and Ishaan 😀😀. All in all a lovely experience and will recommend this to all reading this. Ashish Gupta and Ishaan Gupta
- I organized this experience with Benedetta for my dad and I. This experience turned out to be the highlight of our trip! The experience was much more than a mere cooking lesson, it was an evening full of warmth, learning, laughter and culture exchange. The preparation done by Benedetta was very precise and she was very patient in teaching us novices to make ravioli and tiramisu the right way :D Definitely recommend this experience, not only will you be able to impress your friends and loved ones by cooking delicious food, but you will also make unforgettable memories and new friendships :) Thank you Benedetta, her lovely daughter and mother.
- Giornata molto interessante. Casa molto accogliente e ben organizzata x accogliere ospiti; cesarina molto preparata supportata da una mamma veramente in gamba . Mi è piaciuto tantissimo, sicuramente da ripetersi e consigliatissimo a chi piace imparare cose interessanti in cucina.
- L’abbiamo regalato io e mio fratello a mia mamma e ad una sua amica come regalo di compleanno. Loro erano entusiaste, si sono trovate benissimo ed erano molto soddisfatte del risultato finale e di aver imparato come fare questo tipo di pasta. Ottima esperienza, consigliatissima come regalo!
- We had a wonderful evening learning how to cook pasta and tiramisu with Benedetta. Benedetta shared her vast knowledge of Italian cooking, guiding pasta making novices like us with care and attention to detail. The true delight of this experience is the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of Benedatta’s home and family. Our time was filled with lots of laughter, delicious food accompanied by local wine and lively conversation. We cannot recommend this cooking class highly enough and feel we have left Turin with new friendships. Thanks to you Benedetta, your beautiful mum and daughter.
