Het was een geweldige ervaring. Wist vooraf niet goed wat ik kon verwachten, maar het was een fijne middag. Mee kijken en helpen met Daniela en daarna mee eten met haar en haar man. Je voelt je even onderdeel van een Italiaans gezin. De gnocchi die we gemaakt hebben is de beste die ik ooit gehad heb. Mijn man en zoon kwamen mij ophalen en moesten ook even komen proeven, erg leuk!

My daughter and had had an absolutely wonderful experience learning to make pasta with Paola. She exceeded my expectation. She presented us with a wonderful authentic Italian kitchen. I would highly recommend her too anyone looking for a class on pasta making. She was very warm and king. She met is outside when our taxi arrived is it was easy to find her. She warmly welcomed us into her home. Her husband joined us for lunch and we met her son when he arrived home from school.  I hope someday to meet again in her kitchen. On a scale of 1-10 I wouldn't be able to rate our experience because infinity is not a choice. We also greatly appreciated her husband taking us back to the ship after our experience was over. Cooking Italian pasta and making Tiramisu with Barbara was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She kindly welcomed us to her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable right away, gave us interesting information about the place and found a great way of introducing us to the Italian cuisine. Not only did we learn to make three delicious meals but Barbara made us feel so welcome, appreciated and cared for. We felt like cooks and guests at the same time.
