I look forward to an unforgettable culinary adventure to make and enjoy some local recipes together. We will start with giardiniera, an ever-present side dish on every table in the area. Then we will make a delicious focaccia, typical of Mantua, with white onions. Depending on the season, we will prepare delicacies such as pumpkin tortelli, capunsei or malfatti with herbs. We will end on a sweet note with Sbrisolona cake, made with yellow flour and almonds, or the classic and timeless tiramisu.

She was extremely flexible and helpful with providing vegetarian and reduced lactose options for those with dietary restrictions and the meal was absolutely incredible and certainly something we will never forget. We love you Ada!! We HIGHLY recommend- best experience ever!!
