A cooking class in which you will immerse yourself in an immersive experience where you will put your hands to pasta, literally. You will learn how to prepare the main ingredient in recipes such as, tordelli di patate e pancetta al burro e salvia, a fresh filled pasta typical of the area, egg noodles topped with mushrooms and sausage and pici all'aglione della Valdichiana.
A unique opportunity to discover the secrets of traditional Tuscan cuisine in the authentic setting of the countryside.

- If I could leave 10 stars and more I would! When asked for allergies, I said I was gluten free. Anna then prepared the entire, most incredible dinner, gluten free! It was such a joy for me to have amazing Italian food that I could eat and not only that, have it be the most amazing dinner you could imagine. Stefano erased our problem of returning to the top of our hill town in the dark and not only that, made the entire trip a very engaging conversation. Their home is gorgeous, they are a beautiful couple, and it was the best evening in Italy we have had and this is our fourth trip here. What more can I say, you are missing an incredible experience if you don’t have one of Anna’s dinners!

- Anna and Stephano did an excellent job showing us each steps of how to make the three dishes. They made it feel achievable and like you could duplicate it in your own home. I can’t wait to try some of the recipes on my own. Aside from showing us the steps, they also hosted us with a wonderful snack followed by our homemade pasta and dessert. You will not leave hungry. Their home is beautiful and gives you a sense of how Italians live. I would recommend them to friends and hope to visit again.
