Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
In this culinary course, you will discover the art of traditional cooking with a focus on regional delicacies. You will learn how to prepare Bruschetta, Piada (bread from Romagna), Strozzapreti (pasta with water and flour) and Tiramisu. The Piada will be enjoyed with local cured meats and cheeses, the Strozzapreti with a ragu cooked slowly for 4 hours. You will also learn how to pasteurize eggs for Tiramisu. The course takes place in my house with a beautiful garden, where you can relax with local wine. We will prepare dishes together and you will taste them, followed by an aperitif with Prosecco and appetizers. An authentic and cozy culinary experience that will immerse you in the flavors of my region.
We had an amazing experience by Patrizia! not only was the lesson verry good, we also really enjoyed her and her mothers company! If you are in Rimini you must book a cooking lesson here!

One of the most beautiful local culinary experiences I have ever had. The place is wonderful—a garden of Eden, to give you an idea. Patrizia and her mother are sweet, affectionate, and great professionals. Local appetizers with piadina perfectly brushed with oil, then cheeses, squacquerone, local prosciutto and salami, roasted potatoes with rosemary and thyme, and gratin tomatoes—a grade of 10 with honors—and then, and then, and then, Patrizia is waiting for you. Don't miss the strozzapreti, I almost forgot!

We loved the experience with Patrizia. The teaching was so clear and easy to understand, the care Patrizia took in ensuring we understood, and then the final menu was so delicious. I feel like I can easily now make pasta at home. Patrizia’s home was so lovely too and we loved meeting her Mama who was always supporting in the background. Highly recommend

We had the most incredible morning making pasta with Patricia and her mother. They were incredible hosts with such a gentle and kind manner. Patricia’s home is beautiful and it was lovely to make pasta nestled amongst her beautiful garden. The skills and techniques that she taught us will now last me a lifetime and I cannot wait to get home and recreate such delicious flavours. Would absolutely recommend this cooking class and would love to spend another morning learning more techniques if we had time.

The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
