Cooking class on noodles with fava bean flour

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We will have a lesson on how to make noodles with fava bean flour (a typical traditional homemade pasta). We will first prepare the dough strictly by hand and roll out the pasta sheet with a rolling pin.

The lesson will continue with the preparation of the typical sauce to season this pasta and will then end with the preparation of sweet chocolate-filled croissants.
