    In my apartment, just 100 meters from the sea, we will have the opportunity to prepare cappelletti together following the local tradition, kneading by hand and rolling out the pastry with a rolling pin (we will also see, as an alternative, how we can roll out the pastry using the special pasta machine) . Afterwards, the cooking class will continue with the preparation of a dessert, tiramisu.

    Fabio was amazing! Inviting us into his home and making us feel welcome. He taught us how to make fresh pasta as well as the most amazing aubergine parmigiana. We had an amazing time being part of his family and eating at his table. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to make pasta but more importantly have a great time as well. Fabio also gave us lots of local recommendations on where to eat. We will 100% be booking this again next time we're in Pesaro. Thank you for the most magnificent evening!

    Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza con le cesarine e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta. Fabio è un ottimo insegnante ho imparato a fare il brodo di carne, i cappelletti con la sfoglia tirata al mattarello, la pasta lorda, dei deliziosi cornetti dolci. Poi abbiamo gustato un ottima cena con la sua famiglia. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è mettere le mani in pasta,imparare nuove ricette che proverò sicuramente a casa, la gentilezza di Fabio e la disponibilità della sua famiglia che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa e coccolata. Questa esperienza la consiglio a tutti!
