In this course with tasting, I would like to offer you a menu that tastes like a hug. You will learn how to make a braided bread with thyme and lemon, saffron rice arancini, stuffed pasta fritters; all accompanied by cold meats, cheeses and appetizers. Finish with a fresh spoon dessert of your choice of tiramisu or Neapolitan pastiera ice cream.

- We can highly recommend Elena’s pasta-making class! We had such a wonderful time with her. She was an amazing host and shared her passion for cooking with us with so much enthusiasm and joy. She prepared some wonderful vegetarian variations for us, and everything was absolutely delicious. We also really enjoyed sitting down and sharing the meal together with Elena and her husband. It was such a lovely and memorable experience! :)
- Our cooking class with Elena tonight was the highlight of my time in Italy. We were welcomed into her beautiful home and was shown the traditional way of making and cooking pasta and tiramisu. From the moment we first stepped into her home we were welcomed with kindness. Elena shared with us the methods to make ravioli, pici and tiramisu. We enjoyed our home cooked dishes with beautiful wine. I look forward to bringing home our knowledge in making authentic Italian dishes with a Tuscan touch.
