    Since childhood, I have had a great passion for baking, especially I love to make cakes and shortbread cookies.

    I love to share these creations with family and friends, and for me, any occasion is a good one to get in the kitchen. Once everything is ready, we will have a relaxing time on the veranda or in the garden, where we will taste what we have prepared together. You will be welcomed with a smile, good coffee, tea or hot chocolate on cold winter days. I am waiting for you!

    My cuisine is above all typical, traditional. I was born and raised in Como but my parents are from southern Italy, so my cuisine is also very Mediterranean. I like to range from fresh pasta (cooking baked pasta in particular), to fish dishes, long-cooked meats such as braised meats and I love dedicating myself to desserts. Another great passion of mine is leavened products, particularly pizza and bread.
