This experience is a shared course to learn how to make fresh pasta.
Together we will make:
A welcome drink
A cooking class consisting of the following recipes:
1 fresh filled pasta recipe (e.g., ravioli, tortelli, tortellini)
2 fresh pasta recipes (e.g., tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, strichetti, malfatti)
- This experience was so much fun. Nadine is a great teacher and made our time cooking fun and interesting. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be able to do it again.
- Unfortunately there was very little cooking by us. We mainly just watched so were disappointed by the experience. Nadine was friendly and welcoming but we felt the experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially at over £100 each. Guests should also be informed in advance about the 2 cats in case of allergies etc,
- A wonderful meal with a lovely host. The fegato alla veneziana which I had requested was perfect!
- Nadine was great! She provided lots of information about Venice and cooking. We had a wonderful time with her
