Hi, I'm Nico, and I invite you to enjoy a one-of-a-kind cooking class in the most authentic heart of Venice. Together, we’ll make two types of fresh pasta and an irresistible tiramisu, using only local and seasonal ingredients. I’ll guide you step by step, sharing chef’s secrets and traditional techniques in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. You'll taste your creations with gourmet sauces and, as a surprise, homemade focaccia, breadsticks, or mini buns. All this in a bright attic at the top of a 17th-century Venetian palace, with a stunning view. A true Italian food experience full of flavor, tradition, and Venetian charm.

- Our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 young adults) had a wonderful experience cooking with Tommasio on our first night in Venice. We learned some great cooking skills, but more importantly, we had a lovely, relaxed evening in Tommasio's family home, overlooking the beautiful streets of Venice. It was the perfect way to start our Venice stay, and a real highlight of our European trip. Highly recommend.

I became a chef out of passion. Initially, I opened an Italian restaurant in the Philippines then it was time to relive my mother's house and the joy of being together around the table. Ever since I was a child, my mother transmitted respect for good food and care in preparing it, but also the ethics of hospitality that distinguishes Venetian people. Hosting experiences in my house, in a building of the '500, you'll be welcomed by my sisters Maria and Cinthia, my young and talented cousins Anthe, Andrea, Lorenzo or myself.
