After a welcome aperitif, we’ll prepare ‘pasta e patate’ together – a creamy, comforting dish from traditional home cooking, enriched with a mix of pasta and Parmesan crusts. We’ll continue with ‘mozzarella in carrozza’, an irresistible speciality that’s crispy on the outside and oozing with melted cheese on the inside. To round off on a sweet note, we’ll make a sophisticated dessert featuring cream, peaches and an amaretti crumble. All accompanied by a glass of local wine, for a convivial experience exploring the flavours of Naples!
