Immerse yourself in a gourmet culinary experience with an unparalleled view of Palermo! My panoramic garden will be the setting for a refined dinner, where the refined flavors of Sicily blend with the beauty of the surrounding landscape. We will start by preparing arancinette with squid ink and the classic ones with meat sauce. Together, we will prepare bucatini with sardines, a typical Sicilian dish. Finally, we will prepare a tiramisu accompanied by a Sicilian liqueur. At the end of the course, we will taste what we have prepared together, pairing it with a typical Sicilian side dish and excellent wines from Sicilian wineries.
