    Team Building Course: The Pizza in Teglia Challenge The event begins with a spritz aperitif to encourage socializing and create a positive atmosphere. Participants, divided into pairs chosen at random, will compete in preparing high-hydration dough and baking pizza in teglia. The activity stimulates collaboration, creativity, and problem solving, facing any unexpected events together.

    At the end, each team will taste the pizzas and vote for the best one (excluding their own). The winning team will receive a themed gadget as a symbolic prize. A fun and engaging experience to strengthen bonds between colleagues.

    This is the second time I have participated in an event organized by Massimiliano with Gabriella's help in their beautiful attic. Both times, not only did we eat divinely, but the company is always very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxed and festive! Massimiliano is a great professional from whom one can truly learn about the world of cooking :) An experience absolutely worth trying!
