Welcome to my home! We’ll cook together in my kitchen and, if the sun is shining, we’ll move out to the terrace, where we’ll grill meat or fish.
I’ll offer you land-based menus with flavorful meat dishes, or sea-based menus with fish recipes from the Bari tradition, always prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Everything will be paired with excellent local wines to make the experience even more authentic.
I can’t wait to share a special moment with you, full of good food, laughter, and Puglian tradition.

- We made a booking for a party of 3 with Cesarine for a 3 hour pasta and tiramisu class back in April 23 and was looking forward to learning how to make pasta and tiramisu during our trip in Alberobello. On the day of the class, there was a change of host from Veronica to Francisco. Not sure if there was a mixed up here by Cesarine but we ended up having a lesson on how to cook pre-made pasta and being served with tiramisu at the end of the dinner. While all 3 of us agreed that we had a fantastic time with the host, Francisco who included some extra drinks after dinner, some extra food etc that wasnt expected and shared his local experiences. However we also agreed that the experience was not what we’ve signed up for with a feeling of the experience missing the brief that was advertised. We nonetheless still enjoyed Francisco’s generosity in sharing his home to us and for his warm company throughout the dinner.
