My name is Gaia and I live in the Cortona countryside, where every recipe stems from family memories and a love of simple, authentic cooking.

I invite you to join a cooking class dedicated to Italian comfort food, in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Together we will prepare a fragrant pappa al pomodoro, a symbol of Tuscan tradition, and fresh handmade pasta, which we will dress with a pesto made the old-fashioned way. We’ll round off the experience with a creamy tiramisu, prepared together step by step.

During the class, I’ll share techniques, tips and family stories, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. After cooking, we’ll enjoy the dishes we’ve made together, savouring an authentic moment filled with flavours, conviviality and tradition.
