Welcome to a unique experience! Dive with me into the world of Valtellina cuisine.

The experience will begin with a warm welcome, where I will offer you an aperitif including wine, juices and appetizers, prepared especially for you. This will be a perfect time to get to know each other before we dive into the magic of Valtellina cuisine. During the cooking demo, I will guide you through the process of preparing the delicious "Pizzoccheri della Valtellina." This will be a unique opportunity to learn first-hand the secrets of this dish. After the demonstration, you will enjoy your menu at a lovingly set table. Join me for an unforgettable local experience.

I absolutely loved the time we got to spend cooking with Roberta in her home! She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and thoughtful and made the experience feel as if we were friends she welcomed into her home. She’s a wonderful person and I truly enjoyed the time we spent learning from her and swapping stories and conversation. The food and wine were delicious and I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Como! As an added bonus, she also shared the recipes from our class after we arrived home so we could try them on our own. Thanks again for everything, Roberta! :)

"I love to cook! But I really love it. The passion was born to me as a child, when I watched my grandmother prepare tasty treats for Sunday lunch. My grandmother was from Puglia but she cooked all kinds of traditional Italian dishes very well. Growing up I cooked for the my family and for many friends. I have prepared banquets and lunches for charitable events and communions, weddings and aperitifs for friends."
