    My origins are from Calabria, and in my kitchen many dishes are family tradition. Let's have fun together making some delicious maccheroni al ferretto and fantastic cavatelli. We will use a sprig of dried willow from which we will make this fantastic pasta that we will dress with a tomato sauce and meat rolls. We will end our preparations with a delicious tart that will vary according to the season. I look forward to seeing you!

    Amazing! I can’t say enough about this experience. When I booked this, I didn’t realize we would have the opportunity to go to Veronica & Luca’s home and cook in her kitchen! She had a great set up and was a clear and patient teacher. She even got my husband excited about making pasta and by the end of the class, he was rolling and hand cutting his own tagliatelle! We had 2 teenagers with us and Veronica and Luca were great with them. Besides the amazing food, we had a terrific conversation - this was truly a cultural exchange and I feel like we learned more about Italy here in a few hours than on any tour! We are inspired to make homemade pasta when we get home! Thank you so much Veronica and Luca!

    We had to spend a lot of time and money to get to the class due to bad planning on my part. Nonetheless, it was worth the time and effort. Veronica was amazing - so helpful, warm, fun, and inviting. We spent 2 weeks in Europe and did a lot of different excursions - this was our favorite one.

    Veronica - and her husband! - were excellent hosts. The kitchen space was amazing and she had everything ready to go when we arrived. We made a pasta (I thought it was two pasta types, but it was one and Veronica had made two sauces :), and we made tiramisu. All delicious! Veronica is meticulous with every instruction and detail, but she made the entire evening SO fun! They are a charming couple, and Veronica clearly loves what she does and has a passion for delicious food. We learned so much from her! We would highly recommend this cooking class!

    Veronica and Luca were such excellent hosts. Veronica was an excellent teacher, I can’t wait to try the recipes again at home. Her pastas and tiramisu were the best meal of our trip. We had so much fun cooking, drinking wine, and talking with Veronica and her husband. I would recommend this to anyone in the Como area. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!

    My cuisine is above all typical, traditional. I was born and raised in Como but my parents are from southern Italy, so my cuisine is also very Mediterranean. I like to range from fresh pasta (cooking baked pasta in particular), to fish dishes, long-cooked meats such as braised meats and I love dedicating myself to desserts. Another great passion of mine is leavened products, particularly pizza and bread.
