For this lunch or dinner I propose the dish of the heart: The Genoese. This rich tomato-free ragu, prepared with lots of onions that turn into a delicious puree when cooked, is highly flavorsome and presents a sweet note. It's not a simple meat sauce but it is the maximum expression of love that a Neapolitan shows when he decides to cook you something special, good and long to make.This delicious sauce will season the pasta. The meat will be served as a second course with a side dish of baked potatoes. We will conclude the meal with another ancient Neapolitan specialty: the sweet Migliaccio.

Love should be celebrated every day. For loving couples I reserve the opportunity to have a tête-à-tête on a beautiful veranda overlooking the Bay of Naples or (weather permitting) outside on the terrace. For lunch you can enjoy a breathtaking sun-kissed panorama, and for dinner by candlelight you can witness the enchantment of the coast and Vesuvius illuminated by a thousand lights.The atmosphere and dishes will be light but such as to awaken all your senses.The appetizer will be a surprise accompanied by lots of bubbles.For the first course I propose a calamarata, a dish made with squid and yellow and red date tomatoes.For dessert you can choose between a hot and melting chili pepper heart pie or a tiramisu

Genovese is a pride of traditional Neapolitan cuisine: a thick sauce made from the slow cooking of onions and meat. Cooking ragù is an act of love, a nourishment of the soul, prepared following not so much a recipe but a ritual. The main ingredient in any ragu recipe is time, and the result repays the wait: a dish that brings everyone together. We end on a sweet note with cream and black cherry pizza, a very old Neapolitan recipe reminiscent of the scents and flavors of yesteryear, grandma's house.

Our guests will have the pleasure of savoring traditional dishes made with local ingredients: the renowned wood-fired or fried pizza, topped with tomato, mozzarella, and a variety of seasonal flavors; the irresistible potato and mussel gnocchi. During the summer, thanks to our fresh garden eggplants, we offer an exceptional eggplant Parmigiana with mozzarella and fresh tomatoes. And to end on a high note, the exquisite pastiera made with cooked wheat, ricotta, and cream is not to be missed. Furthermore, our entire menu can be prepared gluten-free upon request.

Easter in the hills: a festive day to spend in the hills in a house with a garden and panoramic view of Mount Vesuvius, to enjoy a typical menu.What will you eat? Casatiello, salami, eggs, local fresh and aged cheeses, macaroni omeletThen grilled meat with friarielli, the unmissable pastiera. All of this accompanied by homemade liqueurs(Possibility of lunch on the terrace if the weather permits)

Easter in the hills

We will start with the queen of oily fish - anchovies, which I will fry for you at the moment with a little surprise next to it. And then "potato gnocchi with seafood," a wonderful combination, union of land and sea flavors. In addition, there will be another seafood specialty, which, depending on the fresh catch, may be a stuffed squid or a squid with potatoes. An orange marmalade tart with a small glass of Rosanna's limoncello will close the experience. Depending on weather conditions everything will be served in the garden or on the patio.

The dishes offered during this experience are prepared with local and seasonal products, and I will have the pleasure of hosting you in my cozy garden.What's on the menu? Fried pizza, spaghetti alla Nerano which means cooked with zucchini and basil. The dessert will be a special lemon-flavored tiramisù made with my own lemons.

Sorrento and my love for cooking on your plate

We'll start with a typical welcome cocktail and an appetizer featuring local products: cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta, and secret lemon parcels. We'll enjoy a tasting of DOP olives and olive oil (our own production), and fresh vegetables from my garden will be served as part of the appetizer or side dish. As the main course, I'll offer Caprese-style ravioli and eggplant parmigiana for a side dish. We'll end with the queen of Sorrento: the Lemon Delight! All of this will be accompanied by fine Campanian wine.

From traditional Margherita, to pizza with bacon and onions, broccoli and sausage, Marinara, topped with cherry tomatoes, arugula and Parmesan shavings, to focaccia with cold cuts, and much more.
