Un cours de cuisine pour découvrir et apprendre quelques recettes typiques de la cuisine émilienne. On commence par un apéritif typique, les tigelle, on continue avec les pâtes maison par excellence : les tagliatelles au ragù, et on termine en douceur avec le tiramisù, préparé selon une recette transmise de génération en génération. Chaque participant aura un poste pour apprendre activement toutes les étapes de la préparation. On vous attend !

Our cooking class with Cristina was amazing. She is so welcoming and a very good teacher. She was so good with our son. The recipes were not only delicious, but her instructions were very easy to follow. We made tagliatelle with ragu, and tiramisu. She offered us cheese, mortadella, and some lovely wine and gave us great recommendations for where to eat. Cristina was the best. She made us feel so welcome, like we were apart of her family. My family and I will definitely do another class with her. I can't recommend her class enough.
