« Je suis née et j'ai grandi dans le centre de Bologne. Mes deux grands-mères étaient des cuisinières extraordinaires et j'adorais être avec elles et les admirer pendant qu'elles préparaient leurs spécialités. Peu à peu, grâce à ma grande passion, j'ai enrichi mes menus, devenant ainsi la référence pour ma grande famille à chaque dîner de grande occasion. »

- It was an amazing evening with Cristina and her husband. We learned so much about pasta und had nice talks. Both were so accommodating and heartwarming. This experience was definitly the highlight in Bologna.

We learned how to make pasta entirely from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect tagliatelle and tortelloni.
