Bonjour de la part de Eva !
J'adore les produits de boulangerie, en particulier la pizza sous toutes ses formes. Je cuisine de manière très classique (je suis originaire d'Ombrie, mais j'ai adopté l'Émilie !) et j'aime ajouter de temps en temps quelques saveurs contemporaines et fusion. Je suis disponible pour des cours de cuisine et des visites de marchés. Je parle italien, anglais et espagnol.

- Eva was such a wonderful host! She was welcoming and knowledgeable and shared all of her tips and tricks with us. My husband and I attended and were joined by two people from Greece. We made tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and tiramisu and then enjoyed a meal together with local wines and difestifs. I highly recommend this experience, and highly recommend selecting Eva as your host!
