Bonjour de la part de Roberta !

J'aime ma cuisine en tant qu'espace et lieu de travail. J'adore mettre la main à la pâte pour créer des pâtes feuilletées et brisées, une passion qui trouve son inspiration dans les traditions culinaires de la Toscane et de l'Émilie-Romagne. Ma cuisine est une combinaison de ces deux mondes. Des lasagnes et tagliatelles classiques à l'authentique pappa al pomodoro toscane, ma table est un voyage à travers les saveurs traditionnelles de ces régions. Le tiramisù et les biscuits de Prato sont toujours au rendez-vous pour terminer le repas, accompagnés éventuellement d'un verre de vin santo. Ma cuisine reflète mon amour pour la tradition et la joie de partager ces plaisirs gastronomiques avec les autres.

Roberta è davvero una Cesarina speciale. È una persona super accogliente e gentile. Ho preparato con lei le tagliatelle, i tortelloni e il tiramisù, tutto ottimo e abbondante! Abbiamo chiacchierato tanto, ha risposto a tutti i miei dubbi, mi ha guidata nel tirare la sfoglia e mi ha dato dei consigli culinari preziosi. Super consigliata!

Roberta was so inviting, warm and fun. Her recipes were top tier delicious and the chance to learn so much and try such a variety of things was a delight. 10/10 would recommend doing this and we would sign up again too. She makes you feel excited to learn and welcome to try new things!

Roberta was wonderful. Her kitchen was warm and inviting and she was very engaging. She took all the time we needed to explain techniques and the reasons for doing things. She provided additional information on how to make ragu and tiramisu. We talked about family and the region. The food was excellent. Absolutely worth our time and the fee. Thank you Roberta!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful experience at Roberta G’s Italian cooking class in her warm and welcoming home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease. Her home is beautiful — and her kitchen is a dream! We learned how to make fresh tagliatelle pasta with a spicy sausage sauce, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and delicious tiramisù. Roberta guided us through every step with the relaxed ease of a great chef (she is one). And after all the learning (and lively conversation), we sat down to enjoy the meal we had created, and honestly, it tasted like restaurant-quality food. This was a highlight of our trip, and I can’t recommend Roberta and her cooking class highly enough. A truly unforgettable experience. 🍝🇮🇹
