Bonjour de la part de Ester !
Originaire d'Émilie, Bolognese d'adoption et Cesarina dans le monde depuis toujours. Alors que mon travail m'amenait à voyager à travers le monde, il m'était naturel de cuisiner des pâtes et des recettes italiennes où que je sois. Mes recettes sont devenues un langage universel à travers lequel mes hôtes ont partagé et reproduit à leur tour un monde d'émotions bonnes et gratifiantes. Aujourd'hui, je suis fière d'être une véritable Cesarina, prête à accueillir et à partager, ici, dans les collines bolognaises, des expériences simples et uniques comme la tradition de notre cuisine. Ce que je propose : des plats traditionnels de Bologne et de Plaisance, des ingrédients sélectionnés et locaux, les secrets de mes grands-mères, tantes et amies qu'aucune technologie ne peut révéler, et encore moins reproduire.

- Ester and her husband Stefano gave us an amazing experience in their beautiful home. They were so kind and welcoming, and we would not have wished for a nicer day in the beautiful hills of Bologna.
