J'adore cuisiner les spécialités de la cuisine bolognaise, des tagliatelles au ragù aux tortelloni étalés au rouleau à pâtisserie, en passant par les gnocchi de pommes de terre, les boulettes de viande, le rôti de bœuf, la pintade et bien d'autres plats encore.

- Annamaria and Francesco were wonderful. The experience was great, especially compared to other larger cooking classes.
- It was a wonderfull afternoon. To be honest we were just expecting a pasta class but in the end we found not only a great cooking masterclass but a extremetly welcoming Anamaria and her husband. Great experience over all❤️
- Amazing pasta, recipies where amazing! She dis not miss a detail when explaining the steps to us. Beautiful home too.
- Annamaria was a wonderful teacher and host. Her preparation was faultless, her instructions were clear and as a result we produced two great pastas and a delicious tiramisu. The class was held on her balcony with a wonderful view over Bologna. After the food prep, we enjoyed And aperitivo then sat down to dinner with Annamaria and her husband as if we were old friends. They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.
- Annamarie was an excellent host and superior cook. We were 2 couples who enjoy making fresh pasta and bolognese. Annamarie and her husband welcomed us into their home in Bologna and they were warm and inviting. We enjoyed dining on the tagliatelle and bolognese we prepared along with great conversation and local wines. I would strongly recommend this cooking experience.
