    Vi aspetto a casa mia a Firenze per un'esperienza di cucina unica, dove prepareremo insieme questa pasta tipica, con un condimento di stagione che racchiude i sapori freschi della Toscana. Vi svelerò i segreti di un grande piatto della toscano, che ho imparato direttamente a casa delle signore depositarie di quest’arte centenaria. Dopo il primo piatto, ci dedicheremo alla preparazione del tiramisù, un dolce che non manca mai sulle nostre tavole. Il tutto sarà accompagnato da un buon calice di vino locale. Un'occasione speciale per imparare, divertirsi e gustare la vera cucina fiorentina in un’atmosfera familiare e accogliente. Vi aspetto!

    This was truly a wonderful experience. My husband and two teenage girls could not wait for this experience while visiting Italy. Cecilia really made it more than we expected. She was kind and welcoming. We learned a lot about pasta making and she even shared some of her secrets. The bruschetta tasted amazing with her family oil and the dinner was so delicious, we are excited to re create at home. Cecilia made this time with her so enjoyable that my family wanted to go back to her warm home again for another meal. I would highly recommend a pasta class with Cecilia.     We have pondered for hours and hours how perfectly to describe our magnificent cooking class with Chef Cecilia. I’m so afraid I can’t give it the justice it deserves. Cecilia was inviting and embraced us as if we had known each other a life time. Until you have had our experience you couldn’t possibly understand the intriguing relaxed, confident approach provided by Chef Cecilia. The same feeling of confidence we embraced as she made us feel so comfortable. I strongly suggest you look no further than her class. Cecilia was very approachable, demonstrating her technique and knowledge of cooking tips we will remember and use forever. A trip to the fresh outdoor market was such an exhilarating experience. I’ve never seen such beautiful produce, cheeses and meats. The menu was perfect. We have enjoyed in the past making pasta but often frustrated with a few ups and downs in making the pasta noddles. Cecilia addressed and shared the optimal solution to making the perfect pasta. The Tiramisu, my favorite dessert. I have never made one as I was literally afraid I couldn’t do it. Mike never cared for it but loves it now. My fear stepped aside and now I feel like a pro. We are expecting dinner guest soon and Cecilia has giving me a great menu to prepare with such authentic Italian flare.

First, she’s warm and inviting to her home, but her passion and enthusiasm in sharing her family recipes and techniques made us feel like life-long friends.     We had a wonderful evening with Cecilia learning to make fresh egg pasta, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and tiramisu. Cecilia welcomed us into her lovely home, and both entertained and educated us on the art of Italian cooking. Everything was delicious, and we all left confident that we will be able to recreate these dishes at home. Thanks for a great night! We highly recommend this experience!

    In cima ad una strada appena fuori dal centro storico, davanti al parco del Museo Stibbert, la nostra Cesarina apre le porte della sua casa, dalla quale si gode una splendida vista della città. "Cucinare mi diverte e mi mette sempre di buon umore. Sono sempre alla ricerca della ricetta perfetta, e quando la trovo la custodisco come se fosse un tesoro". Quella di Cecilia è una cucina semplice, ma decisamente gustosa: "Mi piace invitare gli amici a casa, senza troppe formalità, dando però loro il meglio che posso".
