It was a very nice cooking class!! The cook was an incredable person who has a lot of passion and really want you to learn how to cook. He guided us and learned us a lot! I would highly reccomend this experience for everyone!

The cooking class was amazing. Massimilano was so welcoming and helpful. He knows much about Sicily and the art of cooking. He was interested in the guests and told us many many stories about his life and the island. The pasta was amazing and he showde every step with incredible passion and love.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time at Massimiliano’s. It was a glimpse into a Sicilian household that is rare to come by as a tourist. We received insights into typical Sicilian life, their cooking style, their personal background, whilst hearing stories about Etna and the surrounding towns and villages. Not to mention we ate some delicious food whilst we were there. I wished I was a local so I could come over every night. Thank you for having us!

No need for mixers or professional tools—thanks to the "no knead" technique, you can make high-quality dough by following a few essential rules. One of the most important aspects is understanding the difference between dough maturation and leavening. These two steps are often confused, but it’s proper maturation that ensures a light, digestible dough with great flavor.
