Your experience
In beautiful Vietri sul mare, home of fishermen and ceramists, at the gateway to the Amalfi Coast, I await you for a closed-door class at Divina Vietri Pizzeria, with the entire venue at your disposal and the option of seating in the indoor dining room, or in the outdoor piazza that is architecturally reminiscent of Capri's little squares. The indoor room is typically set up with the world-famous Vietri ceramics. The class lasts 2 hours, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We begin by making the dough by hand, and then move on to the cutting and sealing of the pizza rolls and the rolling out of the dough by hand. Afterwards we will prepare pizza together, with a chance to bake it professionally in our traditional oven. This will conclude with a final tasting.
