- The cooking course with Rosaria was great! I felt very comfortable with her right from the start and was well instructed. Rosaria was very respectful, friendly and open and I can recommend the cooking course with her 100%!

- We have done two Cesarine experiences and every one keeps getting better and better. Out afternoon with Rosaria was PHENOMENAL! Getting to go to the garden and pick out the vegetables was such a clll experience. She was so kind and welcoming. I’m so happy we chose this experience
- Rosaria welcomed us into her beautiful home to make two types of pasta and a dessert. She was very gracious and the meal afterwards was lovely, Rosaria added some traditional Sicilian foods to the meal. It was nice to be able to meet people from Palermo and to share a meal.
- A truly authentic Italian experience. Chef Rosaria accommodated our family of eight people in her large home, and we feasted on an incredibly delicious meal of homemade food. One of our best travel experiences ever! Highly recommended. Chef Rosaria is the Italian grandmother you wish you had.
