Among my culinary passions, pizza holds a special place, representing a pleasure to prepare and enjoy in company. Pizza has the magical power to instill cheerfulness at all times! It would be my great pleasure to share with you the complete process, from dough to baking. Together, we will immerse ourselves in creating delicious pizza pans, using a variety of premium ingredients. Afterwards, we will enjoy these delicious creations on the veranda or in the garden, weather permitting. In addition to the experience we will have together, I offer free round-trip transfer from Appiano Gentile to Como by car for up to 4 people. I look forward to seeing you!

I was born and raised in Como but my parents are from southern Italy, so my cuisine is also very Mediterranean. I like to range from fresh pasta (cooking baked pasta in particular), to fish dishes, long-cooked meats such as braised meats and I love dedicating myself to desserts. Another great passion of mine is leavened products, particularly pizza and bread.
