Tagliatelle / Tajarin
Potato gnocchi
Bonet (typical pudding with amaretti biscuits and chocolate)
Course focused on fresh egg pasta and not only , we will use different types of flour to create the noodles or tagliolini , the 'dough will be made strictly by hand , we will also make potato gnocchi and in this case we will play with the colors so we could make them with spinach or pumpkin or tomato . we will also make a nice lesson on how to propose it on the plate and consequently also on the table . Chocolate Bonet as a dessert to remind us of typical Piedmontese .
The experience with Monica was the best thing we could have imagined or asked for. She was a great host and a great chef - she clearly knows a lot about what she's doing. She welcomed us to her beautiful home with open arms :) as we were talking about Parmigiano while dinner and where to buy it she took us the next day (on her day off!) to a friend of hers and let us taste and buy the best of the cheese she had (and Renata had a lot of delicious cheese :))
She treated us like good friends and not only gave us a great experience but also great tips to make our own tiramisú and traditional pasta. I would book this experience over and over again!
