I’m Ivana, a Cesarine from Bari, and I’ll welcome you into my bright and cosy flat, with a splendid panoramic view, so we can enjoy an authentic Apulian cooking experience together.

I discovered my passion for cooking by preparing lunches and dinners for friends: seeing their happiness made me happy in turn. Since then, conviviality and sharing have become a real lifeblood for me. So I chose to specialise in Apulian cuisine, carrying on the traditional dishes my grandmother used to cook, following the recipes handed down through the family.

During the course, we’ll prepare some great classics together: panzerotti, fragrant and irresistible; aubergine parmigiana, rich and flavourful; and we’ll finish with a timeless Italian dessert, tiramisu.
