I discovered my passion for cooking when I started preparing lunches and dinners for my friends, realizing that I made them happy—and that made me happy too! Sharing meals and conviviality have always been essential to me. That’s why I specialized in Apulian cuisine, preparing traditional dishes just like my grandmother used to make them. I love cooking potatoes, rice and mussels—my signature dish—as well as orecchiette with turnip tops or with braciole sauce, cavatelli with mussels, baked pasta Bari-style, spaghetti all’assassina, and much more.
