Welcome to my kitchen in Alberobello, where culinary art is mixed with warm Apulian hospitality!
It will be a real pleasure to share with you the delights of our tradition. We will start with a welcome appetizer, based on seasonal products, such as bruschetta with tomatoes and evo oil next to grilled seasonal vegetables or friselle, topped with stracciatella and extra virgin olive oil, will be a surprise for the palate. We will then move on to the first course with the preparation of orecchiette and tagliatelle, where fresh pasta will capture the authenticity of our local flavors. Finally, we will close this culinary journey with the quintessential Italian dessert, tiramisu. Are you ready for a unique culinary experience in Alberobello?

- amazing experience, personlized, private, real italian yourney
- We had a wonderful experience in the home of Lucrezia and Stefanos. This was a birthday present for my sister, and they had prepared a tasty dinner, a red rose and candle with the tiramisu for the birthday girl. We got to make the local pasta. Afterwards Lucrecia sent us photos and recipes.

- We spent a lovely evening at Lucrezia and Stefano´s home. In the welcoming setting of her pretty home, she shares her passion for the region's delicious products . She also taught us how to make delicious orecchiette with generosity and patience. We still need to practice, but our teens loved the experience, and so did we. In short, it was a highlight of our stay in Puglia, and we highly recommend it.
