    Enrico's offers a selection of traditional country cured meats and cheeses: garlic-rolled pancetta, muletta monferrina, and pork and donkey cacciatorini. Among the cheeses, you will enjoy must-ripened cheeses and fresh alpine tome. In addition, I will delight you with agnolotti al sugo of the three meats (beef, sausage and rabbit) and the fabulous stuffed guinea fowl. All will be accompanied by an excellent local Barbera Superiore. I look forward to seeing you in the summer dehor.

    Local salumi and cheeses, first courses such as agnolotti and risotto with grape must cream and traditional Piedmontese and Monferrina sauces. Royal boiled meat with seven cuts, chicken, and three types of cotechino. Rabbits, guinea fowl, and local farm-raised roosters. Local wines, including some organic ones. Roasts with local hazelnuts and homemade desserts.
