At our countryside home, four friendly hens lay colorful eggs. Using their eggs and fresh ingredients from our garden, we’ll learn to make and dress pasta from scratch. During the experience, we’ll gather eggs from the coop, pick the freshest vegetables, and head to the cellar to select the perfect wine for our meal. After a welcome aperitif, we’ll prepare two types of pasta together: tagliatelle and tortellini, to enjoy as a group. We’ll finish with the traditional torta sbrisolona paired with a homemade herbal liqueur. Suitable for adults and children, this cooking class lets you take home simple, genuine, and authentic Italian recipes.

Ich habe den Kochkurs meiner Tochter als Überraschung geschenkt und was soll ich sagen…. es war ein wundervoller Abend bei und mit Cristiana. Sie ist so herzlich, man fühlt sich willkommen und man spürt ihre Leidenschaft fürs Kochen. Wir haben viel gelernt und hatten viel Spaß. Auch unsere vielen Fragen konnte Cristiana alle beantworten. Wieder zu Hause haben wir unsere neuen Kochkünste sofort in die Tat umgesetzt und es war soooo lecker. Dieses einmalige Erlebnis wird für immer in unserer Erinnerung bleiben. Danke liebe Cristiana für die schönen Stunden bei Dir.

John and I had a marvelous morning with Cristiana in her charming home! We were first able to meet her cute chickens who so kindly shared their eggs for making our tagliatelle and tortellini. Both served with a wonderful local red wine. The lesson was quite easy to follow (except for our ineptitude at making the tortellini!) . The results of our efforts were delicious!! All the while totally enjoying our free flowing conversation with Cristiana, who speaks very good English. We highly recommend her class and would take it again if we ever make it back to this beautiful Verona!

If I could give this class 10 stars I would! Cristiana was an INCREDIBLE chef and host. We were honored to be hosted in her home and she shared so much with us about the local area, cooking, and also would help me with my Italian. I was actually sad when we had to leave as it felt like we were with family. Cristiana taught us tiramisu, pizza and we even had time to make focaccia. The recipes were simple, delicious and Cristiana was very prepared. We learned that she had previously had a restaurant and her experience shows. Thank you Cristiana for one of our most memorable experiences and please hug cat for us ♥️
