Discover the flavours and traditions of a Sicilian Christmas through an authentic culinary experience, brimming with aromas, family recipes and a warm, friendly atmosphere!
During this cookery class, we’ll prepare together some of the specialities that make Sicilian festive meals so unique. The menu will vary according to the season and may include fresh homemade pasta with cauliflower, cauliflower meatballs, scacciate, cipolline, sarde a beccafico, arancini, anchovy pie, caponata and fennel salad.
There’ll be no shortage of traditional desserts, such as rice crispelle, ricotta-based specialities, cinnamon gelo and biancomangiare.

- We had an unforgettable time with Giampatrizia. We really immersed ourselves in Sicilian culture and cuisine. We learned some techniques and cooked some delicious recipes! We left with full bellies and big smiles. 100% recommended.
- Had a wonderful time with Giampatrizia! There were 4 of us and her kitchen was beautiful and set up well for the class. We had our 11 year old nephew along and they did a great job of including him and giving him fun stuff to do. Rosanna did an excellent job translating and the dishes were very interesting and tasty. Was a great time finishing off the class with eating on her beautiful patio and yard and just chatting for a bit. Would definitely recommend!
