    You will take a fascinating journey through Sicilian culture and its food. We will use only fresh, seasonal ingredients and all dishes will be based on the most important and traditional Sicilian recipes: pasta dishes, fish/meat, vegetable dishes and delicious desserts. You will learn the secrets of one of the most renowned cuisines in Italy, strongly influenced by conquerors and their different cultures (Spanish, Greeks, Arabs). Pasta alla norma, pasta with sardines, pasta c'anciova or the famous Sicilian baked pasta (as a unique dish because of its presence, of meat eggs and cheese inside) or sarde a beccafico, meat rolls, seasoned sausage, caponata, sweet and sour pumpkin, spoon desserts. Your choice.

    Fantastic host!!! What a wonderful dinner we had, Pasta alla Norma was a hit and so was the dessert. Mrs. Giampatrizia was very accommodating (we were late) and flexible. She received us with welcome arms. Her family is fantastic, treated us like if we were part of their family also. We will definitely be returning and will get there on time this time 😂!

With no limit on guests, I've hosted gatherings in my garden with abundant food, good music, and carefully curated setups. The Christmas dinners for my banking team were always well-received, with a focus on table arrangements and dish presentation. Beyond Sicilian tradition, I enjoy experimenting with international dishes. My hobbies include crafting jams from my orchard's fruits, making homemade liqueurs, and various preserves."
