In a cosy Sicilian flat in Milan, you will prepare unique recipes that combine the flavours of Lombardy and the Po Valley with those of Sicily. From bruschetta combining local and island ingredients to seasonal and customised filled pasta from the Po Valley (such as tortelli mantovani, Calsù della Val Camonica or tortelli alle erbette), to pasta with Sicilian-inspired sauces and tiramisu with cannolo cream. In my kitchen, you will discover my family's secrets for creating simple homemade dishes, learning how to blend different traditions. At the end, we will taste everything together accompanied by a non-alcoholic drink, sharing stories about food... and some interesting facts about Milan and Sicily.

 My specialties include fresh homemade pasta and traditional dishes from both Lombardy and Sicily — from calsù to tortelli mantovani, from bigoli to busiate, seasoned with flavors that reflect my northern and southern Italian roots. I also love preparing iconic desserts like cannoli and tiramisu, as well as arancine and rich northern-style risottos.
