A cooking class dedicated to homemade pasta, an all-Italian tradition. Lisa and Patrizia will welcome you to their home in Giudecca, where you will be received with an aperitif in front of a beautiful view.
After donning aprons, each participant will have a full station to prepare traditional dishes, guided by tips and curiosities from the Cesarine.
There will be no shortage of dessert: you will prepare the classic tiramisu following a family recipe that Lisa and Patrizia will be happy to share with you.
Discovering Venice and the island of Giudecca through its culinary traditions while entering a local home will be a truly unique experience.

- I recently attended this cooking class, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From start to finish, the attention to detail and level of care were unmatched. What truly set this class apart was how personalized it was to our dietary restrictions, as well as the incredible recommendations she gave us for things to do in other cities. She also took the time to teach us about Venetian culture and the rich history behind the food, making the experience both unique and deeply enriching. The instructor took the time to understand our needs and seamlessly adapted the recipes to accommodate them without sacrificing flavor or creativity. Not only did we learn new cooking techniques, but we also left with practical tips and recipes that we can easily recreate at home. From the spectacular view of Venice from Patrizia’s home, to the well thought out plan for teaching us how to make Tiramisu and a variety of pastas, to the demo of traditional Venitian dishes, the delicious wines and take home gift with recipes, all among a backdrop of a relaxing home and music, this was a night we will remember forever!
