- An Unforgettable Cooking Experience in Napoli! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and genuine welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable day. Our host embodied the true Neapolitan spirit—full of passion, joy, and hospitality. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making us feel like part of the family right away. The class was not only fun but incredibly practical. We learned traditional techniques and useful cooking tips that we can actually use at home, all while laughing, sharing stories, and enjoying the rich flavors of Naples. It wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a beautiful cultural experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to dive into authentic Neapolitan cuisine with heart and soul!
- Elisa was a wonderful host. She communicated very well with us leading up to our arrival. We learned how to make a special cake, lemon ricotta stuffed ravioli, tomato sauce, caprese salad, and even got to try some of her homemade marmalade and limoncello. Everything was delicious. The gastronomic experience was very authentic Napoli! Thank you Elisa - we both had a wonderful time!

- I had the best time learning Napoli cuisine with Elisa. Getting there is a breeze by train, taxi or bus. When you arrive since I saw others have a problem finding it, I reached out directly to booking and with What’s App, Elisa promptly contacted me. She assisted with how to arrive and once arrival how to meet her as the address is to get you in the area. Everything was divine, very informative, thorough instructions how to make each dish. 3 courses, glass of wine and coffee to end it with. I learned a lot from not only the dishes but from the different areas of Italy. I highly recommend anyone wanting to learn new cuisine to book with Elisa. Thank you for great conversation and teaching me how to cook.
