Aperitif in the garden with my olives, bruschetta with tomatoes from the garden, quinoa croquettes.
Preparation of two soups: Pappa al pomodoro, typical of the Tuscan peasant tradition and Acqua cotta dish from our hinterland. Finally, dessert: preparation of Cantucci di Prato. All cooked in a spacious typical Tuscan kitchen with a white Carrara marble countertop and served in our charming garden or winter veranda.

Where
Paola
Cesarina from 2018Location: Pietrasanta Languages: English and ItalianOur Cesarine, Paola and Francesca, welcome us to their home near the sea. It is an oasis of peace surrounded by a wonderful garden, and wafting from the kitchen are the aromas of the delicacies they have prepared.
Paola and Francesca love to keep their traditions and memories alive, and for this reason they cook taking inspiration from the old family recipe books. They love entertaining and always have many guests seated around their table, sharing good food and its history. They really are Cesarine ‘from another era’: Francesca fishes like her grandfather did, and early in the morning she gets up to make bread; Paola collects fruits and vegetables from the garden and then prepares jams, walnut and lemon liqueurs, and much more.
