An authentic lunch at home, amid genuine flavors and family hospitality. The menu is simple, light and full of flavor, inspired by Umbrian tradition. We will start with crostini made with country bread, enriched with extra virgin olive oil and fagiolina beans from Lake Trasimeno. Next, homemade ravioli with ricotta, spinach and pine nuts, then Chianina meatballs with tomato and basil sauce, accompanied by vegetables au gratin. To end on a sweet note: ricotta and black cherry tart or zuppa inglese with torcolo, cream and black cherries. A convivial experience to savor local cuisine as true house guests.

Cesarina from 2024Location: Paciano Languages: Italian, English, FrenchMy favorite dishes are those made with long-fermentation doughs. One of my specialties is the Easter cheese bread, infused with the warm and inviting aromas of cinnamon and cloves. All my pasta is handmade, paired with simple yet flavorful sauces, such as *aglione* and white Chianina ragù. For desserts, I often prepare zuppa inglese, made with the traditional Umbrian torcolo soaked in alchermes, and salame del re, two delightful classics of Italian tradition.
