We offer lunch or dinner in the historic center of Naples just a short walk from Piazza Bovio (University metro stop). We make taste classic Neapolitan vegetable preparations in a very modern version. Next we show how to prepare by hand scialatielli, a traditional pasta, cooked in a very tasty version of garlic, oil and hot pepper. We conclude with a wonderful chocolate caprese.
