If you want to try the typical cuisine of my area you are in the right place! This cooking class offers three different recipes to learn and cook together. We will start by making a trio of special bruschette, followed by strictly handmade pici with the scents of the products of San Casciano. And to finish ... a wonderful grandmother's cake!
