Tasting Roero wines paired with local dishes. I will share stories about the wines, the region, and my passion for this field. You'll taste three wines alongside traditional dishes such as ancient-style vitello tonnato, Russian salad, tajarin with sausage ragù, seasonal vegetable flan, and finally, hazelnut cake. We'll explore Roero Arneis, Nebbiolo d'Alba, and finish with a Passito wine.
