    In questa cooking class, prepareremo insieme tre tipi di pasta fresca fatta a mano. Decideremo insieme se utilizzare un impasto all'uovo o un impasto con acqua e farina, in base alle tue preferenze alimentari. Successivamente, creeremo tre portate totalmente personalizzabili. Ti spiegherò come riprodurre queste ricette a casa seguendo alcune accortezze, e poi... si mangia!

    10/10 would recommend - Valeria was warm, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as soon as I got to her home. We learned how to make 3 courses, and I felt like my experience was personal, confident building and authentic. Our conversation was genuine, fun and meaningful. I’m so glad I booked this class and I can’t wait to try making pasta for my friends at home. She kindly gave me some of her homemade tomato sauce to take away and try too. When I visit Pisa again, I would love to continue my culinary path with her. Thank you Valeria!

     My name is Valeria, and since I was a child, I've had my hands in the dough. My grandmother passed down to me the passion for fresh pasta, and my mother, the love for bread and desserts. Now, cooking is my way of taking care of my family, and it's the fusion of my traditions with more modern techniques. Together, we can prepare Italian dishes such as ragù, lasagna, gnocchi, fresh pasta, focaccia, pizza, bread, cookies, tiramisu, and tarts. I look forward to meeting you!
