Questa lezione di cucina di 3 ore è un ottimo modo per scoprire i sapori dell'Italia e del Mediterraneo e apprendere nuove abilità culinarie della cucina sorrentina.

Vi insegnerò a preparare i piatti classici della costiera amalfitana, che potremo poi gustare sedendoci insieme a tavola, partendo da una gustosa pizza di scarole alla sorrentina seguendo poi con la saporita Partenopea pasta patate e provola. Per concludere in dolcezza, vi propongo una gustosa frolla alla crema bianca e nera. Vi aspetto!

Rubina and Alessandra were just wonderful, gracious guest. Pay the extra money for them to pick you up at your hotel, it allows time to get to know them first. Upon arriving at Alessandra'a home you are taken to a balcony with breathtaking views. After some Prosecco and appetizers we started our course. They both made us feel very comfortable. It didn't feel like a class, more like friends being together. But, we learned so much. So many little techniques. (We like to cook and eat!). We made Bruschetta, Ravioli (and even a fried Ravioli), Gnocchi And tiramisu. They follow up the class with pictures, videos and recipes. But it's the techniques you learn and the memories that make the class worth it I highly recommend booking with Alessandra.

Alessandra's cooking class was excellent! We learned a lot about making pasta and she took us step-by-step through the process. It was lovely to enjoy the meal on her terrace overlooking Sorrento at sunset. Alessandra was so kind, her home was beautiful and the food was delicious. We would recommend this class to anyone looking to do a cooking class in Amalfi!

Alessandra was a wonderful host and teacher. She was very patient with all of us (youngest 9 years old). Her translator, Peggy, was also wonderful. It was fun to do an activity that the entire family enjoyed. The food was extremely tasty. We made multiple dishes and were able to take leftovers back to our hotel to eat the next day! The location was spectacular! It was an evening of fun cooking, excellent food, and wonderful company. At the end of the dinner, Peggy even showed us a part of Sorrento that we would never have seen on our own. I feel like we now have new friends in Italy!

My husband and I had a wonderful time!! Food and experience were very authentic. Instructions were very easy to follow and we get to make the recipes at home :) pasta recipe was our favorite! We were treated like family. Thank you Alessandra!!!

Sorrento, terra di sirene che tentarono Ulisse e patria di Torquato Tasso, offre momenti di poesia tra calette segrete, panorami mozzafiato e soste gustose, come a casa della nostra Cesarina Alessandra. "Amo la cucina tradizionale e mi appassionano i lievitati, soprattutto la pizza napoletana realizzata con il mio lievito madre, con cui faccio pani profumati, di qualsiasi tipo di farina". Alla sua tavola sapori di mare e di terra, ricette della tradizione culinaria sorrentina,  profumata e gustosa.
